- Breaches of Zulu Development's rules and policies

- Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content requests
- Previous violations of these Terms of Service
2. Abuse Prevention and Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination and permanent ban:
- Staff Abuse: Harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior toward any staff member
- Service Abuse: Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate our services or systems
- Spam and Flooding: Excessive requests, automated submissions, or repetitive behavior
- Impersonation: Claiming to be staff, founders, or representatives of Zulu Development
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Malicious Content: Requesting services for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes
3. Rate Limiting and Usage Restrictions
To prevent abuse and ensure fair service distribution:
- Maximum of 3 service requests per user per month
- No duplicate or similar requests within 30 days
- One active project per user at any time
- All requests subject to manual review and approval
- Automated monitoring and detection of suspicious activity
4. Right to Discontinue Services
We reserve the absolute right to discontinue, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice or explanation. This includes but is not limited to:
- Immediate termination for Terms of Service violations
- Service suspension for investigation of potential abuse
- Permanent service termination for repeated violations
- System maintenance or security updates
5. Intellectual Property and Ownership
All work created by Zulu Development remains the exclusive property of Zulu Development. You may not:
- Claim any of our work as your own
- Remove, alter, or obscure any Zulu Development markings, branding, or attribution
- Distribute, share, or resell our work without explicit written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Use our work for commercial purposes without authorization
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Releasing copies of transcripts, conversations, or communications
- Sharing confidential information obtained from Zulu Development
- Distributing screenshots, recordings, or documentation without permission
- Disclosing internal processes, methods, or proprietary information
7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
All services are provided "as-is" with the following limitations:
- Services are offered free of charge and on a voluntary basis
- No guarantees regarding completion times, availability, or continuous service
- No warranty of fitness for any particular purpose
- No liability for any damages, losses, or issues arising from service use
- Services may be discontinued at any time without notice
8. Monitoring and Enforcement
We actively monitor all activities and enforce these Terms through:
- Automated abuse detection systems
- Manual review of all service requests
- Logging and tracking of user activities
- Cooperation with Discord and law enforcement when necessary
- Regular security audits and updates
9. Consequences of Violations
Violations of these Terms will result in immediate and permanent consequences:
- Immediate service termination and revocation of access
- Permanent ban from all Zulu Development platforms and services
- Reporting to Discord for Terms of Service violations
- Legal action for serious violations or illegal activities
- No appeals process for clear violations
10. Compliance and Reporting
All users must:
- Adhere to these Terms at all times, regardless of position or status
- Report violations or suspicious activity immediately
- Cooperate with investigations and enforcement actions
- Maintain appropriate and respectful behavior at all times
11. Updates and Modifications
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms.
